No Roadmap, No Mentor: Bridging the Market Access Gap for Women Entrepreneurs

In this online session with mid-career women, ages 26 to 45, already engaged in self-employment across food, craft, digital skills, teaching, and agriculture, but facing the same structural gaps.
No roadmap. No mentor. No bridge to the market.
Skills like Aipan, crochet, and bakery carry cultural richness and real-world demand. Yet without guidance on digital tools or customer acquisition, those skills remain local, limited by geography rather than quality.
The combined picture was clear: these women are skilled, motivated, and ready.
The common thread running through every question asked was not doubt about ability, it was the absence of structured support to move forward.
EqualXS's role in this session was to begin building that bridge, helping women see that the path from skill to income, while not always straightforward, is navigable.
And that they don't have to walk it alone.
