EqualXS Foundation is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity incorporated in Washington State.

We are guided by our mission to expand access to opportunity through strengths based pathways. Participation is open to people wherever they are.

We collect only the information needed to operate our programs, respond to enquiries, and improve the experience. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Work you submit or present through EqualXS, articles, talks, research, projects, or venture ideas, remains yours. We do not use it for commercial purposes, and we do not sell, license, or profit from participant work.

We aim to make EqualXS pathways and digital experiences usable by as many people as possible. We design with inclusion in mind and welcome feedback on how we can improve access.

People can take part in different ways. We do not require a diagnosis, disability disclosure, or personal story to participate in any EqualXS program.

EqualXS is a community space focused on learning, contribution, and mutual respect. We expect all participants, volunteers, and partners to engage respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior is not tolerated.

We take concerns seriously and will review them carefully. Where a specific activity needs extra care: youth participation, research involving people, public presentation, photography or recording; we share that guidance at the point where it applies.

EqualXS Foundation is a Washington based 501(c)(3) public charity. We are currently a young, primarily volunteer and founder supported organization. As we grow, we will share more detailed financial information here.
