Supporting Women Entrepreneurs Turn Skills into Income

In this online session with Women Entrepreneurs, 29 women joined a conversation that felt different from the start. These weren't students looking for direction, they were mid-career women, aged 26 to 45, already trying. Already doing. And still stuck.
The profile that emerged was striking:
women balancing family and income, working in food processing, handicrafts, Aipan, crochet, social media, teaching, agriculture, and eco-products, with genuine skills and the motivation to grow, but lacking the tools and access to get there.
The demand for work-from-home and flexible earning wasn't aspirational, it was urgent.
And the questions participants raised were sharply practical:
• How do I start earning from my skills?
• How do I use AI tools?
• How do I find customers online?
• How do I showcase my work professionally?
What became clear in this session is that these women are not waiting to be empowered, they are already building.
What they need is guidance, digital fluency, and market access to convert what they have into what they deserve.
