High Intent, Low Clarity: Helping Young Women in Hospitality and Science Find Their Path

This event was conducted for young women from Hotel Management, Tourism, Science, and Commerce majors, each with distinct strengths, and each carrying the same quiet frustration:

high intent, low clarity.

The pull toward education, content creation, and people-oriented roles was strong. But students were caught in a cycle of motivation without direction, held back by the absence of a roadmap, the weight of low confidence, and a persistent lack of mentorship. The demand from the room wasn't vague. It was precise:

"Show me how to earn.

Tell me what to do.

Guide me step by step."

These were not the words of an unmotivated generation. They were the words of young women who were ready, and simply needed someone to walk them through the door.

One student captured the mood when she said:

"We know we want to do something, we just don't know what that something looks like."

The session worked to answer exactly that, reframing existing interests as viable career foundations and helping students see that the starting point was not some distant destination, but something already within their reach.
