Reaching Young individuals who are not aware if earning from Home is even an option?

At this event at a Polytechnic institute, 25 young individuals attended this session. The group brought a rich mix of skills teaching, social media, design, fashion, editing, photography, writing, communication, and performing arts yet most described themselves as under confident, financially restricted, and unsure of how to begin. The preference for flexible, work from home, skill based earning was not just a lifestyle choice for many, it was shaped by family responsibilities and the practical realities of living in a region with limited local opportunity. Device access and course affordability added further layers to a situation that was already complex. What stood out most was how future focused this group was demand for AI skills was notably high, and the questions these women asked were sharp and specific: "How can I earn from home? What skills should I learn? Can someone guide me step by step?" One participant reflected, "I always thought earning from home was for someone else not someone like me." That moment of recognition that opportunity was not reserved for other was the quiet heart of the entire session. In over an hour of guided conversation, the room moved from restriction to possibility, and from self doubt to the early seeds of a plan.
